Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
